Call for Proposals Breakout Sessions Needed
Spring 2007 Promising Practices Conference
April 28, 2006
The Greater San Diego Council of Teachers of English will need presentations for each of the two rounds of Breakout Sessions this coming Spring. There will be four CHOICES per session—and a total of eight choices altogether. You could be one!!
Since the intent of "Promising Practices" is to allow for sharing of creative and effective ways of approaching the classroom, and the intended audience of 100 persons will range from K to college, we need some great communicators from all levels and all Language Arts interests to complete the program.
Do you want to present? Do you have some people you would like to recommend? For each proposal, please give a written description that includes:
•Name of Presenter?
•Home address and email?
•School address and email?
•Proposed title of workshop?
•Description of intended content? (3 to 5 sentences)
•Intended audience?
•Audiovisual equipment needed, if any?
•Any other information?
Please send proposals as soon as possible to:
